Minkee, or Minky fabric is a new, incredibly soft "micro-fiber" fabric that is soft shag on one side, smooth soft on the other side. These "melt-in-your-hand" fabric styles are great for baby blankets, baby clothes, pillows, robes -- anything that needs to be soft!
